Hana has been active in the hemp industry for over twenty years. After studying at the agricultural university and a decade-long career in an NGO focused on environmental protection, she founded Hempoint in 2010. She understood that hemp is the ideal tool to help change the world for the better and address current climate issues, among others. Hemp has also become a part of her everyday life.
Her journeys for hemp have taken her to various corners of the world, where she explored its uses and history. In 2020, she focused on business from the perspective of the bioeconomy and, as part of her work as the chairperson for the CzecHemp cluster, she helps develop the Czech hemp industry.

In 1992, together with American molecular pharmacologist William Devane, he isolated and described the structure of anandamide, an endogenous cannabinoid neurotransmitter in the human brain.
This discovery significantly contributed to the understanding of the endocannabinoid system and the mechanisms of action of cannabinoids in the human body. Hanuš studied analytical chemistry at the Faculty of Science of Palacký University in Olomouc, where he obtained the title RNDr. in 1974.
Since 1990, he has been working at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he continues to research cannabinoids, endocannabinoids, and their derivatives.
He is the recipient of several awards, including honorary doctorates from Masaryk University (2007) and Palacký University (2011).
He is an active advocate for the use of cannabis for medical purposes and is a member of the International Cannabinoid Research Society. His work has been cited in over 6,400 scientific publications, showcasing his significant contribution to the fields of chemistry and medicine.

He is the founder and head of the therapeutic team of the International Transpersonal Center Holos, which helps people in crisis life situations, in psychospiritual crises, and those with addictions.
He is a certified instructor of holotropic breathing, holding certificates for the therapeutic use of transpersonal techniques, such as Sandplay from the Institute of Expressive Therapies in Australia and San Diego in California.
